Gig Promotion and Gig de-ranks to the lowest.

Question

Okay so i have been worried from past 1 month, it all started when all of sudden my promotion of gigs went unavailable. it said "

Your Gigs cannot be promoted right now. We'll notify you as soon as this changes.

"

Half of my traffic of orders were from promoted gigs, and both gigs got that dis-qualification. 

 

And then suddenly both of my gigs went rock bottom with impressions and clicks and orders. and now i am having absolutely zero orders.

Is it something to worry about? how can i fix it? if so how much time will it take to get back at the way it was before.

This is most probably because of your performance. The buyer who gave you 3 stars a month ago may leave a private negative review.

The way you fix it, for now, is to work with your repeated buyer, or get buyers organically without promotion and make them happy for the service you provide. So that your performance increases.

i get your point. but i don't understand how a negative review from one or two client can have such a deep influence. i know my repated clients through thin and thick. they always leave me positive private reviews. how does this ratio work? 2 bad clients and your whole business is down to zero? geniuly curious tbh.

Update your gig and create SEO-friendly informative attractive gig titles, Images, and descriptions, Research the best keyword on your niche for tags. try to add FAQ and add keywords on FAQ Then share your gig best Social Media and create backlinks. Get hidden feedback from your old client. Try to bring new clients on fiverr

Unfortunately, even one negative private review can affect your account badly. And the effect is  up to 60 days. I do not understand it too. But that's how Fiverr works for now. If you subscribe to seller plus premium, you can ask your success manager about your BSR and you can ask advice to them too.
