Referring other seller in Fiverr

I want to know that will it be a problem or rules violation if I refer another seller to my buyer.

Hello too. 

If other seller is really on Fiverr then sure, you can do it. I usually send the screenshot of the seller's profile (that includes the username, display name and profile picture with their details) so that it's easier for buyer to find the right seller.
