You're not allowed to do it on Fiverr. On Fiverr, it's typically done by scammers who pretend to be from a Western country, and hope that it will bring them more orders.

And then they run into trouble, and cry about it on the forum. Or just get banned.

I also believe you will have a different time zone from your real country and you won't catch up on time new messages from buyers

In my opinion, you can do this! i have one great idea for you which i have personally experienced. 

There is one app which I have used for fake location which is fake GPS location & spoofer. That is designed with user-friendliness in mind. I am using this to spoof my location. This allows me to change my GPS location with just a few taps. 

I confidently can say that this is easy to navigate and operate. Fake GPS location is compatible with a wide range of devices, including both Android and iOS smartphones and tablets. So, regardless of my device preference, I enjoy the convenience and flexibility.

Any platform with such malpractices will take serious credibility hit, hence I do not know if that is allowed, in any case if you are not seeing the benefits of skill you possess where you are located, its best to try and look for higher education or other such opportunities in countries where you feel , you will be a better fit.
