A Fiverr Pro Clients Sent External Website Link

Hi, I'm new here. I just got message in my inbox from someone who apparently has a Fiverr Pro Clients badge. However, the moment he sent message to my inbox he just said "Hello" and sent an external website link. When I asked how can I help, he just told me to open the link.

Is it a scam?

Do you guys have any suggestions on how to refuse to open the link politely?

You can check that link in a private window and ask for the exact requirements, easy!
