Not getting brief

Hello, I am not getting brief. Kindly explain what is the reason I have not got a single brief. Please tell me how to get match with buyer.

Suddenly I don't receive them either.
It's about a month, that I don't receive them that much.
before that, There was around 5 briefs each day, but since last month, I might be receiving less than 3 for whole month!
