Video removed

The fiverr video time limit is 75 seconds, which is 1 minute and 25 seconds. I uploaded a video that was 1 minute and 18 seconds to my profile, after a while i get an email from fiverr saying it was removed for being too long. how do i fix this problem?

 

this is the email i recieved:

"Thanks for uploading a video for your Gig 'edit your videos using premiere pro and after effects'. Unfortunately, your video did not pass our editorial review due to the following:

Currently your video is too long. Remember, your video is a sales tool that you can use to present yourself and your service directly to your buyer. Keep your video to the point and make sure it's not longer than 75 seconds.

We invite you to fix these issues and upload your video again for review."

Simply reduce the duration/time of your video. Make it to 60 seconds but it should be relevant to your gig.

If I'm math-ing correctly, 75 seconds is one minute and 15 seconds (60+15). What you had was 60+18, which is 78, so you crossed the line. I think @smartdezignsis right. All you need to do is shorten the video, and it'll likely be OK.

Reduce the video duration time and upload again.

Your Fiverr gig video should be no larger than 50 MB and no longer than 75 seconds,

Please check your video size(no larger than 50MB)
