Level 1 requirements

I already complete the requirements for level 1. But I didn't get it. What is the reason for that?

You need to get level 1 keep your order completion rate 90%

As suggested by friends above 90% completion rate is necessary for Level 1. Also, I would like to draw your attention to the response rate. Right now it's 91%. Which is above the required  90% however very close. Keep an eye on it and work on improving it as well. Thanks

Order Completion is showing 80% but you needed to maintain 100%

Your order completion rate is 80% that is below the required percentage. You order completion rate should be 90%.
