Can no longer reply to messages.

I'm a new seller as a creative writer who uses AI to ASSIST me in my writing process and actively promote and market myself and my gigs. I've received several messages, from what I assume are people, asking if I'm available for work and the messages have all included an email address. They usually say something like, if you're available, please send an email to [whatever@email.com] for more details and include your name and country. And then shortly after, I cannot reply to the messages. Has anyone received messages like this, and if so, do you know what that's all about? It seems a bit scammy to me so I haven't tried emailing them, and instead, I just ignore them.

Fiverr's system automatically marks them as spam and disables the accounts.
