Hopefully it gives some people confidence that there are some decent people out there. A client came to me with a somewhat complex data annotation project. We had several calls, worked together (he did a lot of tagging which really helped my analytics) and by the end of it produced something he was really happy with! But, I couldn't have done it without his patience and time. If there's a couple things I've learnt, it's honesty and transparency. If you're having issues with a project, reach out to your client.
