Doesn't it allow you to activate your existing ones?

The only problems would be that it would be take a bit of work/time and also you might not be able to re-use the same gig images if you had wanted to because Fiverr's system might detect the existing images and then think they were copies.

How do I active my gigs . My gigs are now in pause status . I have contacted customer service twice. But still, the gig is not active

If you have been inactive on Fiverr then contact Fiverr Support. Discuss with them, they will give you instructions to follow and your gigs will be activated.
