Gig Not Showing

I dont know what happened to my gig. i am online and i am checking fiverr show me i am online But when i am filtering online seller fiverr not showing my gig.After facing this problem i contact fiverr ,fiverr solved this problem easily .after 2 days again same problem than again i contact fiverr they solved again. whats the problem my gig i already 1 order complete that gig after this problem my gig performing poor. what i do now.

For 30 minutes do not use your auto-refresh extension and refresh it manually it will be solved
