Paid for order but didn't receive anything

I placed and paid for an order. Unfortunately, I didn't receive anything. Suddenly, I was unable to contact the seller and couldn't provide the necessary data anymore. So I contacted Fiverr multiple times and asked for help... but nothing, no response from Fiverr.What can I do?

Hi Klein.
1- Your money is still in escrow, you can open a dispute there.
2- You can open a ticket with CS.
3- If, by any chance, your freelancer's account has been suspended, you'll get a refund automatically.
