Does the ONTIME DELIVERY percentage reset after 2 months automatically?

Hello Community,
My Fiverr account on-time delivery percentage has regressed to 80 percent due to late delivery. Will it jack up to 100 percent after 2 months as somebody told me that the delivery time is reset after every 2 months? I have completed all the requirements for becoming a level 1 seller but it is the delivery percentage that won't let me progress to the next level. waiting for your response.
