I suggest you focus on becoming a level 1 seller instead of a top-rated seller.

Hi Everyone, Hi Filip,
as a level 2 seller, on Fiverr since 2017, I have completed all criteria to get the TOP RATED seller badge few weeks ago. I expected an overall revision and my new badge around 16 march according to the information on seller level in my dashboard. Today, there is no mention of the next evaluation and my badge is still level 2 seller. Could you please share a tip, what I can do to fix it, please?

I am also waiting, just like you.

This is a manual process. Some sellers get it fast, others after a few months or after a few years. Most level 2 sellers will never get it.

Thank you for your answer, Filip. Strange and not very optimistic... I remember that some time ago TOP RATED SELLER feature offered 10% commission instead of regular 20%, but this benefit is gone. Too many top rated sellers...

You have seller plus ? Success managers may advise better (specially when trying to reach TRS)

Personally I don't know either. Just seen some TRS's saying that

If i join in seller plus, then how can i get the success manager's help. Can i ask him to advise me how i can improve my gig ranking?

@expro_designer Yes you have to join Seller plus and after 1 month if you eligible for Seller Premium - you need to take that and meet your Success manager for 15min/30mins via Zoom. They will suggest you about your gig needs to improve or not.  

Gig ranking depends on your Quality of the work & client's feedback.

@filipdevaere @agnieszkasarna You both can take Seller plus/premium to meet with Success manager who will help you. Please check this https://www.fiverr.com/cp/seller-plus-program you are eligible or not. if not they add you in the waitlist.
