trying to understand fivver balances and withdraws

im new here and trying to use this site to get some extra income

all the articles im seeing for how the balance works once something is completed say its takes like 2 weeks for anything to be approved.
please tell me thats just like an old system and it takes less than that for money to be reflected in my account now. 
or that theres some way to make it shorter cuz i need to withdraw this money asap .

For new sellers, it still takes two weeks for the amount to reflect in the balance after the order is marked as completed. You can't withdraw the amount before that 14 day clearing period.

If you are a member of Fiverr's Seller Plus program, you do get the following benefits that reduce or remove the clearing time:

1) Faster payments: Your earnings clear in 7 days instead of 14.

2) Early Payout: Skip the clearing period and get paid immediately for a standard fee of 1%.
