seller and buyer accounts on Fiverr within one mail

I have both seller and buyer accounts on Fiverr within one mail. Does this fall under Fiverr's infringement policy?

You can't have more than one Fiverr account...

And you can be both a seller and a buyer on Fiverr with the same account..
