i cant get a order number, and wihtout it cant open a claim

Hi!

After discussing the details with the service provider she sent me a custom offer, i accpeted and after paying nothing happened, the order didnt appeared to the provider and neither in my space of orders, since i dont have a order number i cant even open a claim with fiverr, can someone help?
