Gig is not showing in search result

Hello friends,

My gig was down since I got a level 2 badge, and for the last 7 days, I can not find my gig with any relevant keyword. Why they are not showing and when can be shown? What can I do now?

I noticed the following:

1 month ago: 1 review (5 stars)

2 months ago: 5 reviews (5 stars)

3 months ago: 10 reviews (1x 1 star, 1x 4.7 stars, 8x 5 stars)

 

Your performance is going down (probably due to the 1-star rating)

 

Fiverr puts sellers with good sales and good performance in the search results. You are disappearing in the search results due to the 1-star rating. This has nothing to do with receiving the level 2 badge.

 

Improve your sales and performance, and you will get visibility in the search results.

I didn't check search result but my gig impression and clicks gone down to zero after publishing a new gig. I reached support and they say that can't assure the performance of the gig and sometimes remove from the Search results due to poor performance. I just want to know why new gig gets zero impressions and clicks and also old gigs themselves too?
