Gig Denied with a false allegation

Need Suggestions:

My gig got denied by saying that i am using this logo in my portfolio : https://www.vectorstock.com/royalty-free-vector/logo-mountain-bear-simple-mascot-style-vector-34554166.
 

And i don't have this logo in my gig images and portfolio. i sent the proof of all logos in am using in my portfolio with order umbers and buyer's usernames. but the fiverr support team is not reading my messages and sending pre-written replies that they will not restore my gig. I told them many times with proofs but they are still saying that i am using this logo. I asked them many times that where is this logo in my profile, gig or portfolio. Now this is there last reply
