My logo maker account is paused without any reason

Need Suggestions: My gig got denied by saying that i am using this logo in my portfolio : https://www.vectorstock.com/royalty-free-vector/logo-mountain-bear-simple-mascot-style-vector-34554166. And i don't have this logo in my gig images and portfolio. i sent the proof of all logos in am using in my portfolio with order umbers and buyer's usernames. but the fiverr support team is not reading my messages and sending pre-written replies that they will not restore my gig. I told them many times with proofs but they are still saying that i am using this logo. I asked them many times that where is this logo in my profile, gig or portfolio. Now this is there last reply " Thanks for getting back to us. Kindly be advised that sending additional emails in regard to this matter will not result in a different decision, seeing as the decision that was made is a final one and it will remain. " Need help.

Dear Fiverr team, there is a question to be asked and I hope you will respond. Do we still have limit to upload only 30 active logos in the Fiverr Logo Maker option or we can upload more? I think there should be no limit to upload new designs as long as they are valid/unique.
