Approve gig before 'extra' delivery?

I received a vocal lead from a seller and I was very happy with it and was asked by fiverr whether I would approve the deliver. However I decided I'd like to purchase an additional extra (vocal harmony). Buyer was happy to, so just waiting on that, no issue. But fiverr says I only have till tomorrow to approve the order. 

Is this the whole order including the extra (yet to arrive) or just the first part of the order (arrived)? I can't work it out.

PS it's only been 2 days since purchasing the extra so the buyer is not overdue with extra.

You have to request a revision otherwise order will be completed as is without an extra in the official  delivery

When you order extras it is added to the main order. You have until tomorrow to receive the order. If Buyer has delivered, then if you approve, both will be delivered now. If the delivery is not given then it will not be approved.
