If you only created it today it might not have been indexed by the Fiverr search engine yet.

You can check if it's active in search by going to the Fiverr help and then the support ticket section (https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/)

and selecting the option that says selling->gigs->gig not found when searched. That should tell the gig status and whether it's in the index.

Also I checked your gig on the English version of the site and it shows the description all in German. The Fiverr rules say that descriptions have to contain English but you can have additional text in other languages.

Gig descriptions in English are mandatory but you can use additional languages—as long as all the information is also available in English

Also on the English site I don't see any search tags on your gig. It doesn't always display them all there though but if you didn't enter about 5 then that might make your gig a bit harder to find.

It takes a bit of time to show up on the search results. Happened to my gigs as well, recently I have noticed that Fiverr's Algorithm is only showing the gigs which are either priced at the suggested value or above (the grey question mark thing you get on the edit gig page-> price tab displays the suggested price). All of my gigs suddenly got de-ranked & then immediately ranked again on the first page when I bumped the price up to the suggested price. Hope this helps.
