Why am I not even getting a brief? My category is Programming & Tech> Website Development> WordPress

Fiverr only gives briefs if your service is a match for what buyers are looking for - maybe your service is not a match / maybe there are not much buyers for the service you are offering.

But I am providing 6 services and most of the services are available on Fiverr.

I see you are a level 0 seller. Fiverr may be waiting to match you once you have reviews and have proven yourself. BUT do not exchange or buy reviews. Fiverr just closed 10,000 accounts from your country for breaking TOS.
