About fees from buyer account withdrawal

I purchased a gig 2 months ago. But the seller could not complete the order. So, I cancel it and want to withdraw the money. The amount is 70$. If I request a withdrawal, will Fiverr cut fees? And what will be the fees amount?

You can try, however I am not sure if Buyers can withdraw anything. I am pretty certain you are forced to use those funds on the website.
