Buyer placed an order of $45 . During the time he wants some extra services so I send him offers for those extra services. He accidently purchase the extra services 2 times .So he wants to refund his extra 10$ which he accidently purchases .How can I refund his only 10$?

Hi @artisticoahanaf, you can cancel the order and create a new custom order for the correct amount. Under the new Cancelation Policy, if the buyer purchases a new order from you within 2 weeks of the cancelation, that cancelation will not count against you.
