Buyer placed an order of $45 . During the time he wants some extra services so I send him offers for those extra services. He accidently purchase the extra services 2 times .So he wants to refund his extra 10$ which he accidently purchases .How can I refund his only 10$?

Recently I got level one. But day by day my impressions and clicks are decreasing . I am not getting any orders and I am losing my rank. What should I do in this situation? I need to go back previous rank. I was happy before getting level one because I was getting orders. please help me.

What should I do when the buyer wants to cancel the order after I delivered the files he needed? Buyer order a logo . I delivered the logo. But after receiving the files buyer requested to cancel the order and telling me it's not what he want .Even though its the same.
