Need help I didn't see any orders for the first 2 weeks when I turned on my Promoted Gigs feature, too. Then I saw 10-15x returns. It might take time at first. How are your impressions? Clicks? CPC spending? If you aren't seeing any impressions/spending a lot, you aren't competitive enough or relevant enough to "win" a promoted gig slot. In order to stay on top of the competition, I suggest to set the CPC cap as recommended.
