  1. Hi @jmigueln, I'm the Product Manager of Promoted Gigs at Fiverr's headquarters. We have several measures in place to protect sellers, in line with industry standards. For example, sellers are less likely to see ads from their direct competitors in the marketplace. In addition, our smart algorithm sets the bid on your behalf while taking into consideration how likely is the user to place an order. Furthermore, as mentioned in our Help Center article, if a potential buyer clicks on your ad multiple times, it will only be counted as one click, while there is a limit to the number of chargeable clicks a user can generate. Regarding users who offer to work with you, I suggest reporting the message in the inbox if you find it irrelevant. Regards, Tom
  2. Hi @mariaxcreations, I'm Tom, the Product Manager of Promoted Gigs at Fiverr's headquarters. There is no direct connection between "Buyer Promotion" and "Promoted Gigs". "Buyer Promotion" can change your Gig's overall conversion rate, hopefully for the best. Your Gig's conversion rate will have a similar impact both on organic traffic (regular impressions) and paid traffic (Promoted Gigs), along with additional metrics that indicate your Gig's relevance and quality. Best, Tom

  4. Hi @oddtop, I'm the Product Manager of Promoted Gigs at Fiverr. We currently do not advertise off-site, meaning on third-party websites such as Twitter. The new buyer might have found you on Twitter and then browse Fiverr to reach out to you. As the "PROMOTED" badge appears on the message, the new buyer must have clicked on one of your ads on Fiverr at some point. Regards, Tom
  5. Hi isratmunna, I'm Tom, the Product Manager of Promoted Gigs at Fiverr. In order to stay on top of the competition, I suggest to set the CPC cap as recommended. Best of luck
  6. Hi, I'm the Product Manager of Promoted Gigs at Fiverr. Regarding the following post, I would like to reassure you that as a Promoted Gigs seller you are being charged only for results, which means actual clicks on your Gigs, in placements you won as a result of an auction. If a potential buyer simply found a Promoted Gig of yours, but did not click on it, you will not be charged for the click. A green badge with the word "PROMOTED" will appear on each conversation or order that originates from a click you've paid for. Have a great week, Tom
  7. Hi, I'm the Product Manager of Promoted Gigs at Fiverr. Welcome to the program! For best results, we recommend to actively promote your Gigs for at least 30 days. You can learn more here. All the best, Tom
