Clicks Depends on your gig title and Image Quality. If you do better design gig and nice SEO friendly title you will get clicks.

Secondly, reviews not depend on you, its a feature from Fiverr for buyer. If the buyer glad about your work and work result, he will give you a good review.

But remind you cant tell a buyer to give you a review. Its fully a buyer choice.
