I got my second order , was very excited , however the buyer didn't answer all the questions in put in the requirements, i have to design a female collection of 5 garments. She still haven't given me the brief, and keep saying, she is busy, has a full time job...., 5 days has passed now, i have 9 days to complete the order. In order to prevent this type of behaviour, you would have to make the gig requirements necessary to meet. As you still have 4 days to complete the order, you should contact with Customer Support and explain the situation because i imagine that even if the buyer gives you the info today, you already lost half order's time waiting for it and would need more time to do it. Customer Support can help you communicate with the buyer or even canceling the order because the needed requeriments were no sent. If you decide to cancel do screenshots of your conversation with the buyer and be sure to ask CS if they can make it that the cancellation won't affect your stats because is not your fault.
