You're probably not going to like hearing this... but you are going to have to figure that out on your own. Understand what the buyer needs, and is asking for, and write a personal responce to the offer that is better than the offers your dozens of competing sellers are offering. It is YOUR job to impress the buyer, and it is YOUR job to earn an order from that buyer. We cannot guarantee that you will get orders or success. That's not how freelancing works.

First things first read the buyer request carefully. Understand what your buyer needs and send your proposal. Explain how you will complete your buyer work.
