Fiverr is Not Send Emails

Hello, I want to Add payment method in my Fiverr profile to withdraw amount. It shares a code on my cell phone and i verify and second link sends on registered Email but i don't receive any sort of email. i have checked spam messages as well and got nothing so, what should i do ? 
Please help me to fix this problem.
