Gig Promotion Bug?

Hi,

So 3 days ago I recieved the option to promote my gig, and since Fiverr gave me 10$ free credit for start, I decided to give it a try. But ever since I activated my gig promotion I noticed hude drop in messages and orders.

In fact I haven't recieved a single message or order since I activated this option. Before that I used to get 2-3 new messages and at least one order per day.

It could be coincidence but I doubt it and I regret ever using that option.. So my question is, what should I do now? And is this some kid of bug?

i'm not sure if the promoting your gigs could be a reason for this to happen but this has been happening to me for so long, almost a year, i used to get a good number of orders and now, it's down to 2 or 3 orders a month 😞 what should we do...

you can also try with Fiverr support or visit this article, but this is common problem because lot of user need to promote there gig, as my personal experience i think fiverr need to high click rate for getting order
