Profile Under Review By Customer support.

A friend of mine is having this problem.  He, unknowingly,  delivered the revision using the Delivery Button and Fiverr thinks that this is against TOS and has kept his  profile under review from the past eight days.  Can anyone of you, if you have undergone the same situation, please tell me for how long does it take Fiverr to complete the review process.

There's the "Deliver modified work" button.

Did your friend use the "Deliver modified work" option? That's what it says to use so I don't see what's wrong with that.

Are you sure it wasn't something else that they said was against the TOS like delivering an empty delivery?

but there's nothing wrong with using the "Deliver modified work" button to deliver a revision. Your friend could contact them at support@fiverr.com if necessary (they might not be able to affect the outcome though).
