Can you give me buyer request format to get order?

The buyers wants three things from you.

Your actual solutions to the problem.
Your timeline for that.
Cost for the project.

Just explain these things in a better way.
Words selections is important but you should know what your are writing.

No templates is necessary its just about these things how good you explain and close a deal.

Don’t copy anyone's template. Remember just write exact what buyer needs and how you do this job. If you can add a sample or portfolio with buyer request then It's better.
