WHY is my gig image not displaying as the default image on the gig??

HELP!!!

I can't figure out why (when I find my gig through scanning available gigs) the image shown on my gig is the first shot of my video, and not my primary gig image. Anybody know why that is happening? (first screenshot shows the first slide of the gig image, second shows what the gig image SHOULD be, third shows that the image is my primary image...why doesn't it display first when viewing the gig?!)

Also, I used the recommended image specs for fiverr, but the image always looks like it is being cut. This a minor issue, but wondered if someone could help me understand that as well. Is it just because the corners of the gigs are rounded?

Bump for visibility. I have the same question. Although mine is that on one of my gigs it is showing my profile pic instead of the Gig picture

That's the answer. If you add a video in your gallery, that's the primary gallery appears in your gig. After that pictures, and lastly document.

Really?? That's pretty frustrating. Is that an educated guess? Or is that how Fiverr does things?

easy to fix this,

click your gig video and click edit , then play the video and set your video thumbnail. This ticks only possible if your gig thumbnail already attached with your gig video.
