Can't reply to message

Hi, i am a new bie, i received some messages but i couldn't reply. I accidentally deleted one message too. Why is that i couldn't reply on any messages? Is it that you have to reply right away once u received a message?

It would be better if you can share a screenshot too so person who's answering your question is 100% sure about your query.

There are some scam messages that Fiverr automatically blocks, so you can't reply such messages. It isn't necessary to reply right away but it is recommended to reply ASAP

You should be able to reply on a buyer message.. If you can't reply a message that means > 1. Buyer blocked you 2. Buyer send you a spam message that is blocked automatically by Fiverr.

No, There is no such rules, but YES it's a good practice to reply asap to get the job!
