Gig impression and click.

It's over 3 weeks ago when I started experiencing a low impression and click and I came to the forum to ask about the solution to it while I received a different response and tip to get it back on track but now I haven't seen any changes, still low. Even my response rate is decreasing  and I don't know what to do now. I update my gig, request for buyer services and fortunately I got some projects completed but yet no increase in impression and click. Please can someone tell me what to do next . I really need help right now.
