I have this gig first page. I'm doing a lot of work. There are also 5 star reviews. I didn't get any bad reviews but now the client doesn't knock. I don't get any more orders. For what I can do

Suggest you use the word "contact" instead of "knock" in your communications as that will come across as more professional.
