My Partner account temporary disable just because she mistakenly used payoneer old card.She continousliy contact support but techniqal team no response

This is my friend account harper and last 15 days before account disable temporary . she continousily report and ask question but no solution . Fiverr techniqal team still review and not solve this issue. Can you help me how i solve this problem? Fiverr support team said its occur because you used old payoneer card and its mistakenly happened.

your partner recent account has been blocked for she used his old payoneer card. Mean your partner 1st account was disabled and old payneer card was attached with her old account. And she has used his 1st payoneer card with his 2nd account. She has to create a new payoneer account and attach with new Fiverr account.
