In order to add additional days you have to visit the Resolution Center. This can be found on the order page (bottom right) and once you click you'll find an option for 'extend the delivery days'. Once you send those, the buyer has to accept and once they do it will take affect.

Just keep in mind that if you have delivered your order too late, it won't solve that issue. Hope this helped!
