I made my gig, after making the gig 1miniute later i saw that i have a spelling mistake in my keyword, then i solve the problem on this time, my question is :: does it effect my gig rank please help!!!!

I truly doubt that your spelling error affected your gig rank. But try not to focus too much on gig rank. You will be okay. Make sure you edit your stuff first. That's all.
