Chatbot in fiverr

I don't know if has been discused before, or even if is possible, but i wonder why there's not yet a chance to use chatbots for fiverr sellers. Could improve productivity for all, and offer a fastest and better attention to buyers.

When you say faster attention, do you mean that a robot answered when you are absent on the platform? That would be logical only if the robot will also do the job. People who buy want to talk to people, not robots. In fact, I hate automated response systems when trying to contact a human seller in a store.

It wont lead to anything. Potential clients will have the false feeling that they are speaking with real doers while you are on a vacation. Also why "message response rate" is invented then? Instead of chat bot just make a detailed FAQ page.
