I can't create 7 gigs

I am a new seller and Fiverr has said that a new seller can create up to 7 active gigs. Now I already have 6 gigs. But I can't add one more gig. When I try so, page reloads and nothing happens. Could you please help?

It might be the case that you have one gig that is paused or in draft mode. Fiverr allows new sellers to have 7 gigs in total, no matter if they're active or not.
