Problem with buyer

You can contact Fiverr Customer Service https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/ or support@fiverr.com

Say that you've been sent a suspicious link, and (per the Help Center section https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360010978898-Keeping-your-account-safe-from-malware-and-phishing) ask them to cancel the order for you due to the Buyer not providing the files necessary to complete the order.

Alternatively, you can ask support to reach out to the Buyer for you to provide the files, or confirm the link's validity for you.
