Hi, I received an email saying my account is under review for violation ToS and taking business or communication off-platform when I did not do such a thing. I receive messages from buyers asking for emails but I also report that message prompting customer support to read that message and always replying with "Providing emails or communicating off-platform is a violations of TOS". I dont understand.
