GIGS IN DENIED CATEGORY AFTER I GOT LATE IN ID VERIFICATION

Hi, My gigs are showing in denied category. I got late in verifying my id. But i have done that after my account was restricted and my ID was verified too. But still my gigs are in denied category. Please let me know reason behind it.

You have 3 active gigs which can be purchased.

Yeah they can be purchased. And on mobile app, they are shown in active category. But when i open fiverr on website and go to my profile, then there is no gig in active category and these 3 gigs are in denied category.

Try clearing cache and cookies, if that doesn't work contact support@fiverr.com

I am not using the mobile app. The 3 gigs are active on the Fiverr website.

The problem seems to be at your end.

I have cleared cache and cookies, as well as try to login on another browser, but still i have the same problem. I think I have to contact support@fiverr.com rather than waiting. Thank you guys for your help @lloydsolutions@surajkartha
