Hello,

I've been trying to connect with customer support for a week. Instead of responding to my problem, they keep marking the problem as solved. I have had one cancelation in the past 60 days after competing five other orders yet my rate is sitting at 60%. When I ask why my rate keeps dropping instead of increasing, no one has an answer. This is making me want to cancel my account.
