  1. Hello. A buyer bought my gig 2 days ago. She didn't read my gig properly. She bought my streetwear t-shirt gig but asking for a jogging suit design. - It's been a day but I can't even start the order since she said that she attach a sample but there is no any sample attached. I keep asking for her to resend the attachment but she didn't respond at all. - Couple hours later, she finally send me a message to refund the order. I'm so upset. Why did she even order in the first place? How do I deal with this. I'm a new seller and I'm so afraid that this will ruin my completion rate. 😥
  2. My order completion got down on the day I have reached the level 1 criteria. After completing 1 order It is 90% now. When do I get the level 1 batch?
  3. So I have been a seller on Fiverr for over 1 year. I have always maintained a 100% completion rate. I had a repeat client forget about his subscription, and so I had to request that he cancel the order. He has continued to come back for other orders and I am in good standing. This was my first and only cancellation, to date. Now my Order Completion score has fallen to 90%. What gives?! How can I have a 90% order completion rate when I have only had one cancellation...and one that was not my fault. Does anyone know how to remedy this issue? It makes me wary of using the subscription option.

  5. I recently ask the client to extend the time for completing the order. When he accepted the request, I noticed fall in on time completion rate from 90% to 80%. Do anyone know the reason?
  6. Hello, I've been trying to connect with customer support for a week. Instead of responding to my problem, they keep marking the problem as solved. I have had one cancelation in the past 60 days after competing five other orders yet my rate is sitting at 60%. When I ask why my rate keeps dropping instead of increasing, no one has an answer. This is making me want to cancel my account.
