With every order buyers get two types of reviews to fill out - a hidden one and a public one. While I'm sure it's not 100% what decides if your gig shows up for people, it does matter.
sajol57 Posted September 10, 2021 Posted September 10, 2021 Yea. It's true. Buyer has a option to submit their hidden ratings on fiverr after accept the delivery work. The hidden rating is important for every seller. Suppose, seller have done a work with his full concentration, and dedication, and buyer accept the work and give him a good ratings. But once the client check his work properly then he wasn't satisfied to get the full work because client expected a better work from the seller. So now the client has a option to share his actually feeling with this work. Then if he want, he can give the seller good and bad hidden ratings.

olyasr Posted September 11, 2021 Posted September 11, 2021 Yes - first, when buyer accepted the order, Fiverr give a chance to write a review, which you can see. Then, after this, no matter if buyer left a review or not, Fiverr give a chance to add a hidden rate - seller will never see it, other buyers will never see it as well, you don't even know that buyer left this hidden review, but it will affect your gigs
